San Jose Is The Biggest City In The Bay Area, But Is It The Best?

There is no doubt that San Jose is the largest city in the Bay Area, with a population of just over 1 million. Of those, just over 100,000 are Vietnamese-Americans which is the largest population in all American cities. Even San Francisco is only about four fifths the size of San Jose. So, yes, it’s the biggest, but does that make it the best?San Jose hair transplant.

Let’s be honest, San Jose has a wonderful warm climate and it has a low crime rate. It is also the tech capital of the world: there is no city that can beat San Jose when it comes to technology. There are also tons of things to do in San Jose: downtown is full of museums and art galleries. There are great walks in places like Los Gatos Creek trail, and outdoor attractions such as the Japanese Friendship Garden, History Park, and the Heritage Rose Garden. There is the Cathedral Basilica of St Joseph, the Children’s Discovery Museum (good for adults, too!), and of course the Tech Museum of Innovation.

So yes, San Jose has a lot going for it. But even so, the people there have a bit of an inferior complex vis-à-vis San Francisco. For instance, if they think about a San Jose hair transplant they’ll Google San Francisco for it!

Some Good News!

Well, here’s some good news. The best San Jose hair transplant isn’t in San Jose, but it’s not in San Francisco either. It’s in Foster City which is where you will find Silicon Valley Hair Institute. The Institute is under the direction of Miguel Canales, MD, who was formerly Medical Director of Restoration Robotics for ten years where he led the team that invented the ARTAS Robotic Procedure of hair transplantation. He has subsequently trained dermatologists, hair restoration surgeons, and plastic surgeons in the use of the ARTAS system of hair transplantation which has several benefits for patients.

To begin with, the ARTAS Robotic Procedure – also known as FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) – leaves no visible scar at the back of the head which is what occurs automatically with a manual transplant. This means that patients can wear their hair short after a transplant if they so wish without showing any embarrassing scar. The system also involves no down time, so a patient can return straight to work, or even sporting activity, after transplantation. In addition, the robotic transplant produces an extremely aesthetic appearance inserting the follicular units at the same angle as any existing hair in the recipient area.

So if you are looking for a San Jose hair transplant you now know what to do: come to Foster City!
